Born and raised in Moss Point, Mississippi, Marenda Harper is known for revolutionizing and simplifying real estate home buying and selling. Since becoming a licensed realtor in 2013, Marenda Harper has changed daily lives. Marenda is credited with selling over 500 properties as a part-time Realtor in a short nine years. Additionally, Marenda has sold over $19 million from June – to December 2021 as a full-time broker in her first full year as a real estate broker of Harper Realty.
With no sign of slowing down, Marenda is on the pace of breaking personal records and shattering her goal of turning 100 renters into homeowners and helping as many families as she can achieve the American dream. When asked about her job as a realtor, she states, “when you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life.” Perhaps, this is why Marenda believes that one of the most rewarding feelings a person can get is helping someone who thought they could never own a home or become an owner. Many have been told that she is the reason they have a home today. However, Marenda understands that she is nothing without God. Her faith is what drives her every day to get up and keep fighting for her clients to become a homeowner.
Not only is Marenda a Commercial and Residential business owner, she also holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Southern Mississippi. She is a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA). During Marenda’s rarely down time, she can be found valuing special moments with her husband, three children, and four grand grandchildren.
