TarKilya was very knowledgeable and understanding during my home buying experience. This was my first time going through the process of purchasing a house, so I was very unfamiliar with the process. TarKilya helped make the process much more simple than I expected. I advised her what I was looking for in a home and she didn’t waste time showing many houses outside of my wants, however, when she did, it was something I was pleased to see since I wasn’t set on certain features. From the search for the house, the requested and required paperwork, and all my questions, TarKilya was on point with guidance and answers to my questions. I am going to use TarKilya to sell my house and for my next purchase, if that says anything about how I feel about her performance! I continue to recommend her to others who ask if I know a realtor.
